When i was planning on moving from Orange County, CA to Reno, NV, i was referred by neighbors to Erin, and she came highly recommended as she has decades of experience assisting California homeowners looking to relocate to Nevada. Wow was i lucky to have Erin on my side! I knew very little about what to expect once i left California, and she came to my AirBNB to meet my son and I, and I knew by instincts after our initial meeting, that i was in GOOD HANDS! She was so patient and transparent with us, trying to meet our criteria for me, my young adult soon and our dog Cleo. We all had our own criteria we hoped she could meet. In less than 10 days of showing us homes, she found us the perfect location and home! I specifically sought out Erin Albright to handle my home sale after seeing how she handled another sale in our group. She laid out a good plan for selling the house, kept me informed of the many ramifications of selling, walked me through many pages of documents, conducted the showings, and brought in a buyer. The negotiations on the house took a great deal of "refereeing" on her part, but it all came to a successful conclusion. I would recommend her to anybody looking for an exceptionally qualified real estate agent, and feel that my choice of using her abilities was well worth it.

Erin helped us sell our house on Oct of 2022. Erin went above and beyond. We were trying to sell at a time when the market started to slow. She came and put in so much work and effort in helping us get our backyard ready. She gave excellent suggestions on how to make our house more sellable. She held numerous open house weekends. We first started working with Erin in the fall of 2019 when we visited Reno from Seattle. We didn't make a purchase until May of 2021, but during that year and a half Erin kept in close contact with us and let us know what was new in the market, and what she thought of the homes and prices. She put a ton of work into keeping us up to date, and then when we finally moved to Reno and were actually ready to make a purchase she worked with us the whole time to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Erin's communication skills are superb. She is very accessible and always returned our calls within a reasonable amount of time. In addition, if we had a question, she always took time to explain in a clear and concise way. We had some odd experiences with a couple of sellers, and her advice was always spot on. Know's her stuff, great at the details for new or experienced home buyers. She helped considerably in negotiating following inspection as well as had a solid understanding of what it was we were looking for. Erin proved to be very flexible which was critical given a diverse schedules for my partner and I making time to view homes limited. She's also a super fun agent to work with!
